📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts (financial and corporate) for Ebury entities in
• Provide day to day advisory on cross-border banking products and services, advisory/structuring of
• Support corporate governance and preparing corporate documents/meeting minutes, advisory on
• Manage external law firms, overseeing case allocation, SLAs, work quality and costs, review and
• Lead the adoption of AI tools across legal workflows to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years acting as legal counsel for financial institutions, either in-house or in a law
• Advanced English and Spanish
• Prior academic experience in the field will be an advantage, but not essential
