📋 Description

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on a wide range of agreements across content development, event
• Support business and production teams by identifying legal risks, designing mitigation strategies
• Conduct legal research, apply findings to operational facts, and deliver clear, actionable guidance
• Manage diverse legal projects, oversee contract workflows, maintain legal databases, and assist

🎯 Requirements

• Be a qualified US or UK barred lawyer, with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Are a solution-oriented and strategic thinker with strong business judgment, capable of balancing
• Native or Bilingual English is a must, additional languages a plus.
• Are able to take ownership and prioritize appropriate resources to support multiple time-sensitive
• Are an effective communicator with emotional intelligence who delivers clear advice to executives
