📋 Description

• Provide general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs in the
• Work with internal and external SMEs to provide corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation
• Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in the region
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage complex
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions in multiple jurisdictions
• Contribute to company knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates

🎯 Requirements

• Be a barred / practising European lawyer with 4+ years of PQE working in one or more Nordic
• Have experience working in top tier law firms, or inhouse experience at a large-scale multinational
• Speak fluent English, as well as French or German, with an additional language, a strong plus
• Have a keen eye for strategy and business, with an ability to translate complex legal issues into
• Possess strong technical skills
• Be an effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work
