Legal Counsel - Regulatory

📋 Description

• Advise on payment regulation and broader regulatory frameworks, including in relation to digital
• Track and assess existing and new requirements for the Farfetch Group, preferably with a focus on
• Identify, monitor and evaluate relevant regulatory risks and enforcement trends, and take proactive
• Develop strategies for, and engage with, relevant regulators
• Advise on commercial matters, including on contractual agreements with partners and payment
• Work on tariffs-related matters and advise from a legal perspective

🎯 Requirements

• A qualified lawyer with 1-3 years’ PQE, and superior analytical skills and creative problem-solving
• Have excellent training, preferably in a top-tier law firm
• Have experience, preferably advising on payments regulation and commercial matters.
• Have proven ability to assess new pieces of international legislation/regulation and apply them on
• Have the curiosity and ability to absorb a lot of information quickly, apply it in assessments, and
• Be able to understand nuances and complexities, and translate these into commercial, pragmatic, and
