  • Advise US government customers to support Palantir's business goals.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements.
  • Advise on product development, compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and more.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and resolve government inquiries.
  • Monitor federal policy, regulatory, and policy developments, incl. AI policy.
  • Engage in policy processes; respond to agency rulemaking; coordinate with Capitol Hill.

🎯 Requirements

  • J.D. degree and 3+ years of firm, in-house, or government experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to propose creative solutions to novel issues.
  • Strong organizational skills; multitask and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
