📋 Description

• Run legal workflows and projects from intake through resolution.
• Be a trusted legal partner for teams across product, partnerships, finance, and marketing.
• Build and improve processes, playbooks, and templates for speed and safety.
• Help shape AI governance and address AI-related regulatory questions.
• Own outside counsel relationships and manage them efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• US-licensed, active bar; JD from an ABA-accredited US law school.
• Proven track record owning legal matters end-to-end and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong business-calibrated judgment and clear, non-lawyer-friendly communication.
• Experience building a dynamic in-house legal function at a fast-moving tech/SaaS company.
• Experience using AI tools to work more effectively and with responsible governance.
• Nice-to-have: privacy/data-protection, cross-border issues, platform exposure.
