Legal Engineer (In-House)

📋 Description

• Work with in-house legal teams to uncover pain points and show Harvey fits.
• Translate feedback and legal workflows into lawyer-ready product direction.
• Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap.
• Build and refine demos and use cases reflecting in-house workflows.
• Introduce capabilities tailored to each customer to boost adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3+ years practicing law in-house or advising corporate teams.
• Strong understanding of in-house workflows and business priorities.
• Executive presence with credibility with legal and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation for live demos and talks.
• Curiosity about AI transforming legal practice.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for direct customer work.
• Cross-functional experience with business, operations, compliance, or product teams is a plus.
