📋 Description

• Review synthetic legal matters and their underlying documentation, developing a clear understanding
• Evaluate six blinded AI-generated legal deliverables for each matter, assessing their quality
• Conduct five head-to-head comparisons between AI-generated outputs and a common comparator
• Provide concise, precise, and well-supported written reasoning for each preference, clearly
• Apply your substantive expertise across senior secured credit facility markup reviews, project
• Work independently according to written instructions and established deadlines while maintaining

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive professional experience in finance and real estate matters
• Strong ability to evaluate legal work product holistically, considering legal correctness
• Experience with senior secured credit facilities, project finance credit agreements, RMBS
• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate detailed legal reasoning clearly
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to compare alternative legal
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed written instructions, meet deadlines, and exercise
