Legal Intern, Summer 2027 (Hybrid, NYC)

📋 Description

• Conduct legal research on topics relevant to MEMX and summarize your findings for the team
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and proofreading regulatory filings and other legal documents
• Help organize and maintain legal files, research and other team resources
• Attend meetings and collaborate with attorneys and colleagues across the organization
• Support additional legal projects as needs arise throughout the summer

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a J.D. program
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work in person at our Midtown Manhattan office during the summer
• Permanent residence in one of MEMX's approved states for remote work during the internship
