Legal Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain a legal matter management system, including accurate data input and trend analysis
• Support day to day work related to Product Legal team including audit letters and bankruptcy
• Manage outside counsel billing and related accounts payable
• Assist with department monthly reports and dashboards, legal quarterly accruals and other reports
• Identify, make recommendations, and implement process improvements in reporting analysis and system
• Assist with developing AI workflows and agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Legal experience
• 2+ year experience in corporate Legal or Operations or Masters Degree, preferably
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with critical attention to detail
• Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with all
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with multiple data sets, with the ability to draw
