📋 Description

• Drive the Legal team's operational strategy, understand operational challenges, identify
• Implement, maintain, and optimize a best in class AI driven tech stack. Partner cross functionally
• Partner closely with Finance and Legal leadership to manage budget, forecasting, accruals, and
• Working closely with leadership, own planning cycles, OKRs, and data reporting and metrics
• Manage outside counsel relationships, including new engagements, billing guidelines invoicing, and
• Build and maintain knowledge management platforms and learning and development programs that keep

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven legal administrative experience
• Motivation to grow and expand knowledge base
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently to complete tasks within
