Legal Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the legal tech stack: evaluate, select, implement tools
• Partner with IT & procurement for integration and adoption
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility
• Map and audit legal workflows to identify bottlenecks
• Design scalable processes for high-volume work
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and self-service resources

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal operations or related field
• Deep familiarity with CLM platforms, matter management, e-billing
• Proven track record delivering process improvements
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives
• Experience at a high-growth tech company
• Familiarity with AI tools in legal context
• CLOC or PMP certification
