📋 Description

• Serve as the key administrator of Ironclad, owning templates, workflows, repository design, system
• Help establish standardized, automated, efficient, and scalable contracting processes across
• Strong focus on leveraging AI to strengthen the post-signature contract repository, powering
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and training materials that you will use to
• Manage the strategic use of Onit's Unity (aka SimpleLegal) for e-billing and spend management
• Help manage outside counsel and legal service provider relationships, including the implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations, business/program operations, or a related function
• Hands-on experience administering Ironclad (CLM), SimpleLegal/Unity (matter management and
• Significant experience using and deploying generative AI tools (e.g., Claude and Gemini) and agents
• Experience building and managing knowledge management systems and playbooks/templates used across a
• Demonstrated experience managing legal spend and supporting legal budgeting, forecasting, and
