📋 Description

• Draft, review, and standardize commercial agreements, including sponsorship, vendor, and
• Support compliance procedures by coordinating documentation, conducting initial checks, and
• Provide timely legal guidance and practical insights to operational teams and executive
• Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates, executed contracts, and related
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when specialized advice or additional legal support is
• Support cross-border contractual processes and help ensure that agreements and documentation meet

🎯 Requirements

• A law degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in corporate law, commercial law, or a
• Strong understanding of international commercial contracts, cross-border transactions, and
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and managing agreements with vendors, sponsors
• Excellent English proficiency at C1 level or above, with the ability to communicate legal
• Additional language skills are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized legal documentation.
