Legal Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Build and own the legal operations backbone for a growing international company — creating reliable
• Take end-to-end responsibility for corporate administration across our German and US entities
• Lead the contract lifecycle from signature to renewal, managing CLM and e-signature workflows
• Create structure across IP and Compliance, maintaining patent and trademark docketing, IP
• Turn recurring legal work into scalable processes by mapping workflows, developing processes
• Work directly with decision-makers and external partners, including the VP Legal, specialist

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in legal operations, company administration, paralegal work, corporate entity
• Understanding of German corporate formalities and, ideally, exposure to US corporate administration.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to counter records, deadlines, rounds, and KPIs.
• Experience with contract management, e-signature, DocuSign, document organization, or legal
• Proactively improve processes, escalate to specialists, and collaborate within cross-functional
• Fluency in both German and English, with clear communication skills.
