• Genuine legal fluency: Ability to interact credibly with AmLaw partners and in-house counsel
• Professional services instincts: Knowledge of how law firms operate—including BD, marketing
• Proven relationship building capabilities: Track record of establishing impactful relationships at
• Commercial instinct and accountability: View partnerships as a growth engine; able to drive
• Builder's mindset with bias to action: Roughly 6-8 years of experience, proven ownership of
• Cross-functional tact: Strong track record of collaboration without direct authority, representing
