📋 Description

• Work directly with current and prospective corporate legal customers to understand workflow
• Demonstrate how the platform can support real-world legal workflows through tailored product
• Act as a key voice of the customer, translating insights and feedback from practicing lawyers into
• Partner with product and engineering teams to help shape product priorities, features, workflows
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement, adoption, positioning
• Develop and refine legal workflows and use cases that accurately reflect the way sophisticated

🎯 Requirements

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• At least 3 years of transactional legal experience in areas such as M&A, private equity
• Experience at a top-tier law firm or sophisticated in-house legal organization.
• Strong understanding of the workflows, priorities, challenges, and commercial demands faced by
• Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

🎁 Benefits

• $270,000–$320,000 USD OTE, with a 75/25 base-to-variable compensation structure.
