🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal ops, legal tech, or related programs
• Proven track record shipping workflow automation or AI tooling
• Strong PM skills across multiple cross-functional workstreams
• Fluent with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM)
• Technical instinct for APIs, integrations, and automation
• Excellent written communication; create playbooks and docs
