📋 Description

• Lending Operations: Manage day-to-day lending activities, ensuring the smooth and timely processing
• Operational Monitoring: Track daily operations, monitor pending cases, identify bottlenecks, and
• Partner Management: Coordinate with lending partners, banks, and NBFCs to ensure smooth business
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Technology, Sales
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily operational trackers, prepare MIS reports, and monitor key
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in lending operations, preferably within the fintech, banking, or NBFC
