🎯 Requirements

Active funeral director license and mortuary school certificate
Experience guiding families through arrangement conversations — pre-need, at-need, or both
Genuine comfort with software: CRM, dialer, calendar, video calls, and shared documentation
Strong reading comprehension, and ability to learn quickly and independently from written process
Confidence on video calls with multiple family members at once, with a professional audio and video
A dedicated, quiet, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet
