Licensed Inbound Insurance Sales Specialist

📋 Description

• Respond to inbound warm leads from prospective customers interested in pet medical insurance
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend coverage solutions
• Clearly communicate the value, features, and benefits of available policies, focusing on customer
• Maintain effective call control by setting expectations, guiding conversations, addressing
• Handle objections and sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, emotional intelligence, and
• Accurately enroll pets into insurance policies, collecting and documenting all required information.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold an active provincial General/P&C Insurance license or equivalent, such as an OTL General
• Be eligible for license reciprocity in additional Canadian jurisdictions, excluding Québec.
• At least 2 years of professional sales experience, ideally with a demonstrated history of meeting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-centric approach and the
• Confident handling objections and complex situations, with strong critical-thinking and creative
• Demonstrate patience, emotional intelligence, and emotional resilience when managing stressful
