🎯 Requirements

• Valid Canadian life insurance license, excluding PEI and Quebec.
• Previous experience in life insurance, insurance sales, or a closely related client-facing
• Strong verbal communication, listening, and telephone-based sales skills.
• A professional, client-focused approach with the ability to build trust and establish effective
• Comfortable handling inbound sales conversations, identifying client needs, and presenting
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital quoting tools, online applications, and other technology
