Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Lincoln Park, New Jersey)

📋 Description

• Provide mental health services to adolescent and young adult clients
• Integrate multiple therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI)
• Manage a caseload of up to 8 clients in group settings
• Collaborate in case discussions with fellow clinicians
• Maintain predictable weekly schedule based on full-time or part-time status

🎯 Requirements

• Independent license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master's degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth and young adults (highly preferred)
• Availability between 12-40 hours/week depending on W-2 status
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software
