📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, trauma-informed interventions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, behavioral case managers, coaches, nurses, and other
• Engage caregivers as active partners in treatment when clinically and developmentally appropriate
• Maintain timely, accurate, clinically meaningful, and compliant documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold current, active New York license and registration in good standing that permits
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical
• Ability to work part-time, 24 hours per week.
• Availability to provide care during afternoon and evening hours.
• Potential opportunity to work Saturdays based on program needs.
• Maintain a private, professional workspace appropriate for providing confidential telehealth
