Licensed Partnerships Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with key private-label lending partners across mortgage, banking, and fintech
• Track and interpret performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Collaborate with finance, legal, product, marketing, credit, and technical teams to support partner
• Guide partners through integration, implementation, and ongoing adoption initiatives
• Lead QBRs and partner discussions that clearly tie goals to measurable outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor for partner leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer success, relationship management, or account
• High technical aptitude with the ability to learn Figure’s applications and understand
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and relationship-building ability
• Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven success achieving and exceeding performance targets
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
