Licensed Practical Nurse

📋 Description

• Provide private duty nursing to clients in Middlesex County
• Deliver skilled nursing care in home health settings
• Assess patient needs and update care plans
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams
• Ensure care meets BAYADA standards of care

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma)
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• Experience in private duty/home health care preferred
• Strong communication, compassion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with one-on-one client care
