• Provide initial weeks of homecare with family training and ongoing care coordination.
• Care for pediatric clients in home settings with specialized infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator

🎯 Requirements

• Current LPN license
• At least one year of verifiable LPN work experience
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
