📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing and care per plan at patient's home.
• Administer medications and wound care per orders.
• Conduct client assessments, educate patient and family, monitor status.

• Travel to cases as assigned to serve patients.

🎯 Requirements

• Current NJ LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year recent LPN experience.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Home health experience welcomed; training provided.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong communication.
