Providing skilled nursing in clients' homes in Annandale, VA
Medicare home health experience required
One year clinical LPN experience required
Medical care at home with a multidisciplinary team

🎯 Requirements

Current VA LPN license
Minimum 1 year LPN experience
Graduation from nursing program with transcript/diploma
Home care experience preferred
Independent work ability and time management
EMR experience and strong interpersonal skills
