Provide 1:1 home health care for patients requiring trach/vent support
Care for pediatric and adult clients in home care (Mercer County, NJ)
Electronic charting using Statewise

🎯 Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Current NJ LPN license in good standing
CPR certification
Experience or training in trach/vent care preferred
Ability to provide one-on-one client care in a home setting
Willingness to participate in paid training and shadowing
