📋 Description

• Join BAYADA Delaware Adult Skilled Nursing Team as an LPN for adult clients.
• Provide hands-on private duty nursing in client homes with one client per day.
• Shifts are traditional 8/10/12-hour options with flexible scheduling.
• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose within local area.
• Paid orientation, training in SIM lab, documentation training, and credentialing support.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current LPN license in good standing (state).
• Prefer experience in private duty/home health; patient-focused care in home settings.
• Ability to document observations, follow doctors’ orders, and monitor client conditions.
• Strong communication skills and compassion for adult clients and families.
