Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care

📋 Description

• Provide one on one private duty nursing care for adult and pediatric clients in the home setting
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, including low acuity to trach
• Perform electronic charting using Statewise
• Work flexible shifts including mornings, overnight, weekends, 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts
• Participate in paid training from day 1, including office, in-home, and online training

🎯 Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified and accredited nursing program
• 1 year of verifiable hands-on nursing experience
