🎯 Requirements

A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Colorado.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population (recent).
Ability to work independently and make real-time clinical decisions in home settings.
Strong documentation and time-management skills; flexible to dynamic visit schedules.
Comfort with wound assessment, acute/post-acute care, and medication reconciliation.
