📋 Description

• Provide pediatric and young adult private duty nursing in clients' homes.
• Travel to client homes on a schedule matched with families.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Administrator and support staff as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in pediatric/private duty nursing preferred.
