Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN - Homecare

📋 Description

• Provide one-to-one private duty nursing care to clients in their homes
• Work full-time or part-time shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client per shift
• Provide skilled nursing care for clients with conditions such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow BAYADA policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team and BAYADA management to ensure quality care

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (as indicated by school transcript or
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state of practice
• Ability to handle one client in a home setting
• Commitment to providing compassionate care
