🎯 Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state
• Statewise electronic charting familiarity or ability to learn
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Reliable transportation to patients' homes
• Flexible schedule including overnight shifts
• Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
