Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - School Nurse

📋 Description

• Deliver pediatric in-home nursing to clients birth through 18.
• Provide complex care including trach and vent management.
• Support families with education and guidance.
• Perform clinical assessments and follow care plans.
• Administer medications and therapies per plan.
• Travel to assigned cases and collaborate with the field team.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current LPN/LVN license.
• Home health experience welcomed but not required.
• No pediatric experience? Training provided.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong assessment and communication skills.
