📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed daily, weekly, and
• Coach, empower, and engage 12-14 Sales Agents in a call-center environment
• Meet/exceed target performance plan and objective standards
• Provide data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team and individual performance
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in other departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of managing Sales Agents
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
• Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
• Mastery of the insurance sales process from beginning to end
• Proficiency with sales software (CRM), reporting tools, and using data to drive decisions
• Dedication to understanding agent and customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
