📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive school-based mental health services
• Individual, group, and family therapy
• Intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
• Partner with families to deliver student care
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• Active clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in state
• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents
• Experience in schools, families, community services
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving
• Proficient in clinical documentation and EMR systems
