📋 Description

• Facilitate or co-facilitate intensive outpatient (IOP) groups and support admissions as programming
• Maintain an outpatient caseload providing individual outpatient group, and IOP group therapy
• Conduct clinical intakes and comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their mental health
• Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
• Collaborate with internal Forge providers, including medication management and program staff, to
• Support continuity of care during planned staff leave periods

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted license in New Jersey as a LCSW or similar credentials including LPC, LSW
• Masters Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
• Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services to adult populations
• Strong experience in group facilitation and IOP settings
• Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards
