Licensing Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of Gusto's money transmitter (MTL) and related state financial services
• Manage Gusto's NMLS company record end to end (MU1, MU2, MU3 filings, amendments, and disclosure
• Prepare and file new license applications, expansion filings, and change notices or amendments
• Own the quarterly NMLS MSB Call Report and state periodic, annual, and transaction volume reports
• Manage the surety bond portfolio and the regulatory filing calendar, ensuring on-time filings with
• Serve as a key contributor on state and multi-state examinations, managing request lists, evidence

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or regulatory operations at a fintech
• Experience with PEO licensing is a plus, particularly for candidates who have operated across both
• Paralegal background preferred, especially with experience on regulatory filings, licensing
• Hands-on NMLS expertise, including MU1, MU2, and MU3 filings, the annual renewal cycle, the MSB
• Working knowledge of state money transmission requirements, including net worth, permissible
• Direct experience supporting state or multistate regulatory examinations, including request list
