📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end licensing application cycle for new and existing healthcare providers across the
• Manage day-to-day licensing operations and workflows, identifying gaps, resolving issues, and
• Support the optimization of licensing processes by identifying opportunities for automation, new
• Develop detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new state and provider licensing
• Assist with managing and upskilling contract licensing team members, helping ensure consistent
• Track licensing performance metrics and provide regular updates on progress, roadblocks, trends

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements and processes for Registered Dietitians, physicians
• Experience supporting providers through individual licensing or payer-related enrollment processes
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with
