Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple customer engagement channels
• Design personalized customer journeys that improve user onboarding, activation, engagement
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy and audience segmentation to creative briefing
• Develop and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap, running A/B tests and optimization
• Collaborate closely with product, creative, analytics, and growth teams to align lifecycle
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and use insights to continuously refine

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or customer engagement marketing.
• Proven experience designing and scaling lifecycle programs for large user bases with measurable
• Hands-on expertise with customer engagement platforms such as Braze or similar lifecycle automation
• Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics platforms such as Segment, Mixpanel, Preset, or
• Demonstrated ability to develop experimentation strategies, execute A/B testing, and make
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
