📋 Description

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel lifecycle journeys across email, push
• Develop responsive, ADA-compliant emails using HTML and CSS, with a focus on modular, scalable, and
• Lead experimentation across messaging, cadence, audience targeting, channels, and customer
• Analyze campaign and journey performance, report on testing outcomes, and translate data into

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, client marketing, growth marketing, or a
• Proven track record of delivering measurable lifecycle marketing outcomes tied to engagement
• Experience working in a data-driven, performance-oriented marketing environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP)
• Practical knowledge of SQL-based data management and query development, including data extensions
• Experience integrating CRM, web, product, and other data sources to enable personalized and
