Build and shape the lifecycle program for provider engagement
Design the provider journey from activation to long-term engagement
Build and launch email and in-product campaigns using Iterable and Intercom
Develop a test-and-learn engine for lifecycle experiments
Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Measure lifecycle performance and connect programs to activation, adoption, and retention

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in marketplace, subscription, or product-led environment
Experience building lifecycle programs that changed customer behavior
Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Intercom)
Proficiency in creating experiments with defined success metrics
Ability to segment and trigger experiences based on behavioral data
