Lifecycle Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Campaign Execution: Ship email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns end-to-end in Braze.
• AI ownership: Lead AI workflows across campaigns to speed experiments and scale.
• Segmentation & Personalization: Refine segmentation by lifecycle stage and churn signals.
• Testing & Optimization: Run A/B and multivariate tests with stat sig as a goal.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with data, product, portfolio, and brand on subscriber experience.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track churn, order frequency, campaign performance, and LTV weekly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of email marketing experience for D2C brands, esp. subscription-based or marketplace.
• Experience using email marketing platforms, Braze preferred.
• Experience with email, SMS, push, and in-app CRM channels with large customer lists.
• Agility and proactiveness in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Action-oriented, proactive, high-energy approach to driving change.
