📋 Description

• Own email marketing strategy and execution for Commercial new business prospects, driving
• Build and optimize automated nurture journeys that guide prospects through the buying process
• Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies in partnership with demand generation
• Craft compelling email copy and collaborate with product marketing, content, and brand teams to
• Connect email nurture with digital campaigns, paid media, web experiences, and BDR outreach to
• Manage the email calendar, contact frequency, and campaign production process, including quality

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with direct ownership of email marketing and lead
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, including building automated journeys, audience segmentation
• A proven ability to develop and optimize nurture campaigns that drive prospect engagement.
• Strong email copywriting skills and an understanding of email design, deliverability, and quality
• A lifecycle mindset, with the ability to build relevant prospect experiences based on buyer needs
• A data-driven approach to defining KPIs, designing and analyzing experiments, and translating
