📋 Description

• Own the lifecycle strategy and roadmap: Set and own Wing's end-to-end lifecycle strategy, from
• Build programs that drive repeat orders: Design and launch customer journeys and promo strategies
• Stay hands-on and scale the program: Build, QA, and launch campaigns directly in our customer
• Measure what's really working: Partner with Analytics and Data Science to run A/B and holdout
• Lead launches and keep the website current: Own lifecycle and website readiness for new market
• Report results and influence other teams: Share results and recommendations with leadership. Push

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention
• Expert, hands-on experience in a customer engagement platform (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce
• A track record of measurable gains in retention, repeat purchase, or win-back, including designing
• Strong analytical skills, including designing A/B and holdout tests. SQL skills are strongly
• Experience launching programs across multiple markets or time zones, and managing web content in a
