📋 Description

• Lead initiatives across the full user journey, developing comprehensive marketing plans and
• Serve as the dedicated Project Manager for User Growth initiatives, owning end-to-end execution
• Drive experimentation across lifecycle programs, using A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to
• Own CRM copy and asset development, leveraging AI to create and refine communications and
• Apply strong analytical skills to monitor campaign and channel performance, identify growth
• Own CRM operations and governance in CleverTap, ensuring quality and scalability across campaign

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and owning lifecycle marketing programs, with a strong understanding of
• Mandatory hands-on experience with CleverTap, including CRM campaigns, automations, and lifecycle
• Hands-on creative skills, with the ability to develop CRM copy and visual assets independently
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess campaign performance, build
• Proven experience owning end-to-end growth initiatives, with strong project management skills and a
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, create
