Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, including AMER, EMEA
• Advise clients on a broad range of employee lifecycle matters, including terminations
• Lead and facilitate sensitive conversations and meetings, including workforce reduction
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as payroll, legal counsel, government
• Draft, tailor, and administer termination and related documentation while maintaining accurate
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support by conducting preliminary assessments of workplace

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar HR professional with broad generalist
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits with care, sensitivity, and
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret applicable
• Basic knowledge of employee relations principles, progressive discipline practices, and workplace
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with the
• Advanced, business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are
